Engineering at Elios, Inc.
Our engineering team works within the product organization and reports in to the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder (who has previously been a CTO with several successful exits). The team has a solid research base and is ramping up on the application design, UI/UX and application roles.
We use a kanban style of work, where the goal is to limit work in progress, and avoid the confusion of over-working or context switching. The expectation of management is that we're all transparent with goals, workload, capabilities and priorities. Management frequently communicates upcoming opportunities.
ML models, scaling, big-data experimentation, and storage, encryption, data privacy, data collection
Determine which data sources can be obtained and stored which may help predict risk or over-indexing performance, especially systemically in a large organization.
Work to create and preset reports for various role-based user types within the system.
Create and alerts system which would send specific alerts based on the permission of the user receiving the alerts - in the event of a change or notable data pattern.
