Engineering at Embrace
We work on a weekly cycle with goals defined to allow them to be completed in that time, with larger features broken down into weekly goals. Engineers work closely with product people to define the tasks for these goals. We encourage ownership by rotating who leads the development of given features. Every change deployed to production goes through a PR process in Github where you can expect brutally honest feedback delivered kindly.
We ingest and process large volumes of data every day. Scaling the system to ensure that our processing, data storage, and querying is fast, reliable, and cost-effective provides us with a lot of fun tech problems we need to solve. Given the richness of the data and the different goals our customers have, finding novel ways to display the information extracted from the data has also presented UX/UI challenges.
You would be building a new data store that is populated with errors extracted from 10s of millions of user sessions collected per day.
You would be building a service that centralizes symbolication of stack traces for a variety of languages and platforms
