Engineering at Encephalo Investments
Our engineering teams are split across two sub groups: Quantitative Analysis and Software Engineering. Our Software Engineering team focuses on developing and maintaining our data pipelines while also building out dashboards to be used by the entire company. Our Quantitative Analysis branch is focused primarily on data analysis, developing cutting-edge trading strategies and leveraging the resources produced by the software engineering team. Both teams follow a two-week sprint cycle independently and adhere to the agile framework, more specifically Scrum.
We deal with a large pool of data from numerous sources and have to make sure that each aspect of our pipeline is understandable by all other parts - meaning we have to craft our pipelines with care to maintain a continuous development environment.
You would work on translating our static trading platform to one more dynamic and synchronous - utilizing popular Node.js frameworks in order to leverage real-time monitoring for our trading strategies
You would be developing data pipelines from the ground up - integrating with our already-established platform and ensuring a constant stream of data.
You would be working with our diverse set of data in order to develop algorithmic strategies that outperform the broad-market.
