Why join us?
While Endpoint is an independent growth-stage startup disrupting the Title & Escrow industry, we are wholly owned by the 2nd largest incumbent player in First American who currently controls 26% of the entire $20B T & E market. We leverage First American’s capital, brand, distribution network, Title & Escrow domain expertise, deep understanding of nuances across states, and access to industry-leading Title & Escrow Infrastructure.
Engineering Culture — we strongly support: - Open channels of communication - Metric/evidence based decisions (as opposed to

orthe most senior title
) - A diversity of backgrounds and experiences - Investing time to build for quality which increases long term velocityOur Long Term Incentive Plan guarantees an exit event at the end of 2026 — it's up to us to make that day as profitable as we can for everyone involved.
Engineering at Endpoint
Endpoint engineering runs classic Agile - 2 week sprints, engineering driven scoping of stories — we use our historical velocity average to inform how much work we commit to each sprint.
We do morning standup, retrospectives and sprint planning is done with the team and their laptops present — we discuss implementation plans and potential issues as part of the pointing process to ensure that we aren't just waving hands and guessing at points.
We are re-building the original MVP platform to get ready for a nationwide launch. This creates some tension as we still need to keep the beta users happy.
Our main technical challenge, however, will be to invent a flexible workflow engine that allows our software to work in a variety of markets, each with their own variations of the escrow process.
Create a ReactNative app that deploys to web, iOS and Android from the same code base. As part of the architecture, we're building smart api clients and flexible component libraries to follow our design system.
Creating an asynchronous back end ecosystem capable of ensuring the integrity of sensitive financial data.
Working at Endpoint
As a young, developing startup, we acknowledge what we’ve accomplished, but know there's still a lot to do - that’s why we take our time to perfect our platform. We ensure our diverse group of engineers have the freedom to voice their opinion, work as a collaborative team to make decisions, and continue to challenge the industry standard.
