Engineering at Episource
Our engineering teams operate on two week cycles. Each cycle begins with a planning meeting to discuss time estimates for features, and ends with demos where each engineer can show off the work they've completed. Engineers typically work with leads, designers, product managers, or infrastructure teams to build product features.
We're building large scale data processing & machine learning models to help predict patient illnesses.
You would be building new healthcare analytic services from scratch
You would be building large scale big data processing pipelines that consume billions of healthcare data points that ultimately help doctors provide better healthcare to their patients
You would be building complex distributed and fault tolerate systems that healthcare providers rely on everyday
