Epsilon3 is building the OS for spacecraft operations. We are a small growing team of engineers formerly from SpaceX, Google, and Stanford. We are passionate about space and creating game-changing software to power the industry.

Our cofounders are engineers from Stanford (Computer Science) and USC and worked for years at Google and SpaceX.
Our team worked firsthand on over 100 launches, including training and coordinating operations for multiple astronauts who successfully traveled to space and back. We are taking everything we learned and building software to make operating space missions as efficient, error-free, and enjoyable as possible.
We have many paying customers signed up and using our software to run their production launches and test activities.
We are backed by Y Combinator and many other world-class investors.

Engineering at Epsilon3
We are an incredibly collaborative and supportive team. We believe people can be most productive when they are given flexibility to create outside of traditional norms. We value our people and their contributions and ensure that everyone’s voice is heard. We have a daily 15 minute tag-up where everyone speaks for less than a minute about accomplishments, goals and blockers, then together we set the priorities for the day and/or shift priorities for the week based on customer needs and feedback.

Design, build, test, and release our web-based operational dashboards, electronic procedure tools, and suite of specialized software solutions to support various space missions

Building a new real-time web-based version control system to manage operational procedures
