Epsilon3 is building the OS for spacecraft operations. We are a small growing team of engineers formerly from SpaceX, Google, and Stanford. We are passionate about space and creating game-changing software to power the industry.

Engineering team and processes

We are an incredibly collaborative and supportive team. We believe people can be most productive when they are given flexibility to create outside of traditional norms. We value our people and their contributions and ensure that everyone’s voice is heard. We have a daily 15 minute tag-up where everyone speaks for less than a minute about accomplishments, goals and blockers, then together we set the priorities for the day and/or shift priorities for the week based on customer needs and feedback.

Projects you might work on
  • Design, build, test, and release our web-based operational dashboards, electronic procedure tools, and suite of specialized software solutions to support various space missions

  • Create software to support simple and complex computation on datasets for decision making and autonomous execution

  • Building a new real-time web-based version control system to manage operational procedures
