Engineering team and processes

We're very thin on process because you'd be the first engineer on the team. The process we'd start with is: - One week sprints - For front end: designs in figma (built using our design system), then build. - For backend: verbally go over architecture, then build.

Technical Challenges

We are building the first recommendation system for Medicare Advantage and Medigap policies.
