fal (Features & Labels) simplifies data & ML infrastructure for Fintech companies’ Payments Risk and Machine Learning operations. In Phase I, we are building a feature store to accelerate real-time ML model development. In the future, we will be adding to our tooling lineup a clustering engine and a rules engine that you can deploy in your existing cloud setup with minimal integration costs. Our products are designed to accelerate the collaboration and output of Fraud Ops, Data Science and Machine Learning teams by eliminating complex data infrastructure. Our vision is to become the standard ML infrastructure across the Fintech startup ecosystem.
About the Founder: Burkay Gur (MIT ’12) was one of the founding members of the Coinbase Data team, starting as a software engineer and moving onto managing the ML modeling and ML Platform teams. The ML team at Coinbase was instrumental in scaling the product, accounting for top-line growth metrics through ML-driven risk management.
