1) Our users rely on our software everyday for their jobs. This creates lots of interesting product challenges for us, we need to think deeply about the user experience whenever we're building new features.
2) We're rolling out internationally this year, this will present new internationalization challenges and building our system to accept different currencies and enter new markets.
