Engineering at Fig Tech Inc
Our engineering team is currently small, being made up of four full time developers and a senior engineering manager. As a result, there is a great deal of independence, personal responsibility, and anticipation of growth. Projects are collaborative, with a clear delineation of responsibilities and expectations of personal adherence to deadlines.
Our technical challenges range from user interfacing, behavioral tracking, machine-learning based customer service, data management, cybersecurity, and pretty much anything else you can think of that a company of single digit employees with seven digit customers could face.
You would get to build out our non-profit dashboard that allows our partners to service loans in their communities. From inception to design to execution, this would be your baby.
You would help build out our new mobile app using React Native and work with UI/UX designers to implement the newest trends in mobile design.
You would support all other teams in automating away as many processes as possible using clean, intuitive code.
