Engineering at FINESSE

Engineering team and processes

This is an extremely early engineering team that is built from scratch. As such, you will be owning full responsibility over the code you produce. Additionally, each process is highly integrated into all departments throughout FINESSE - our tech touches product, marketing and supply-chain and consequently, we listen intently to each side of the business. Work is split between 1-week and 2-week sprints and larger coding projects and architectural improvements.

Technical Challenges

A very large amount of extremely heterogenous and constantly changing data. We are building out a system that pinpoints the very essence of trends in the same way quantitative traders track and evaluate stocks.

Projects you might work on

Product demand prediction. Think predicting the stock market is hard? Just you wait...
Chat with members from another team (e.g. operations), identify pain points, and work together to engineer a solution for them! We deeply encourage collaboration at every level, especially cross-discipline.
