We leverage some of the largest fitness datasets in the world to create leapfrog products in the health and fitness industry. Our weight lifting algorithm is our first product and the flagship feature of our iOS app.

Engineering at FitnessAI

Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team is me, the CEO 👋 I've written every line of code so far and have a very technical background. I treat cancellation reasons as my backlog for feature requests and try to push to the App Store every week.

Technical Challenges

We're building machine learning fitness algorithms powered by over 6M weight lifting workouts from 40K people. This is larger than any publicly available dataset on the subject.

Projects you might work on

  • Rearchitect the app (or API) using best practices

  • Redo our onboarding flow to better capture people's needs during the pandemic (workout from home, limited equipment, etc)

  • Rework our exercise recommendation algorithm
