Engineering at Flex
Our current engineering team is comprised of 3 experienced engineers who works very well without excessive supervision. Our engineers work closely with our PM to spec out features. Then they usually develop individually before looping back with the PM for testing. We adopt a 2 week sprint cycle and use PR on Github for code review.
We're working on a machine learning based system that uses transaction and bill payment history data to predict somebody's cash flow to the detail of a specific day in a month.
You would get to work on our payment system that handles millions of dollar of transaction volume on a daily basis.
You would be working on setting up our event-based data analytics pipeline that allow the team to draw real-time business insights with great flexibility.
You will be working on building and improving our native mobile app to satisfy the long list of feature requests that our users have.
