As a Software Engineer with Fluxon Apps, you will work directly with the founding team to lead projects through the full life cycle.

Relevant experience and abilities

• All-around generalist, familiar with a wide range of technologies and adherent to coding best practices
• Mature software engineer who knows what design patterns to apply in order to solve problems, producing clean and maintainable application architectures
• Very fluent in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and React
• An eye for design, can work with art from designer and render them accurately for the web.
• Experienced with (or excited to work with) GraphQL (with Apollo Client), ApolloServer
• Experience working with PostgreSQL or MySQL

Bonus if you have competence/experience in

• Typescript
• React Native
• Google Cloud Platform and Google App Engine

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the whole life-cycle, from design and planning, through implementation, testing, scaling, maintenance and customer hand off.
• Solve mission-critical challenges independently and responsibly.
• Mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality results.
