Engineering at Fourpost
I'm currently the only engineer, so whoever joins will help define the engineering process. We have daily asynchronous check-ins and two-week sprints with retrospectives, but that's about it for structure right now.
We're building a platform from scratch and dealing with problems specific to physical stores. We're trying to bring the same type of data-driven decision-making online retailers are used to into the real world.
Creating a dashboard for brands to learn more about their customers and manage their stores.
