Plus, our HQ team can work from home whenever, so there's no weirdness there.

Work from Home

We're really well equipped for almost every employee to work from home whenever they need to, but that also means that our remote workers will have ATL based remote buddies! Those ATL based folks who work from home also get a taste of what working remotely is like, which really elevates the level of empathy to be inclusive.

Health Insurance

99% premium coverage for full-time employees, 75% for any dependents — which is unheard of for a private company of our size. Additional bonus: these aren't through rinky dink companies! We work with United Healthcare & MetLife.

We offer a 401k match of up to $4800 annually, and that vests immediately. Worth noting— this benefit has continuously increased as FullStory has succeeded, just another sign of 'putting our money where our mouth is.'

Philanthropic Contributions

#FullService is our internal volunteer org. We've had a wide range of causes we've supported, from animal shelters to cancer walk fundraisers to supporting a local ATL charity built on providing medical financial relief to our friends in the hospitality industry.

Beautiful Office

Our office is a renovated Kroger, so it's always fun to guess which aisle you're on while you're walking around. The entire space is very purposefully built out, meant to provide an open work environment that builds community but still includes plenty of areas to squirrel away if you need to be heads down.

Beyond the conferences that FullStory has sponsored (GopherCon, Activate, Grace Hopper to name a few) there is also a learning stipend provided to every employee. This could definitely be used towards any workshops or conferences, plus Atlanta is a hotbed for technical conferences. We've hosted DevOps Days, Hopper Ones, and tons of others!
