Engineering team and processes

We're a team of 4 engineers with an array of experiences. We do daily standups, collaborate on goals during weekly or bi-weekly sprints, and reflect on our outcomes at the end of each sprint.

We believe that a clean and well-tested codebase allows us to execute faster. Pull requests are created on GitHub and pushed up after a review with continuous deployment.

Technical Challenges

-Live, accurate, and secure price data.

-Moving away from order books and using AMM’s.

-Creating innovative financial mechanisms that keep markets balanced.

-Developing a fast and responsive frontend that abstracts complexities of the market.

-Building a peer to peer node network with Byzantine Fault Tolerance.

-Evaluating and moving towards an Ethereum scaling system for cheaper / faster transactions.

Projects you might work on

In order to stabilize pricing on our platform, we need to make it easy for users to arbitrage out price imbalances. Build an arbitrage bot that anyone can easily run profitably.
Build a distributed system that incorporates a slashing mechanism for those who attempt to cheat. Nodes must communicate with each other to deliver price data in near-real-time.
Build a frontend that creates a real-time trading experience.
Write a lambda function that monitors Ethereum gas prices in order to give users the most accurate rates.
Design an incentives program that fairly distributes incentives to users that engage on the platform.
