Engineering at Gatsby

Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team is divided into four product squads and an infrastructure squad. Each product squad is self-sustaining, composed of a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Designer, Tech Lead, and 3-7 Engineers. We plan quarterly, typically with two 4-6 week sprints in each.

Technical Challenges

We're building on the cutting edge of the web, so we run into a lot of sticky problems that don't necessarily have an answer yet. We recommend asking the squad you're joining about what they're working on at that time!
