Python Developer

We are looking for experienced backend developers proficient in writing software using Python/Django. You would be working closely with UX and frontend developer to understand end user requirements. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Some typical things that you’d be doing are:

Building the complete backend of web applications and mobile apps from scratch using Django. Handle the system and DB design while keeping responsiveness and scalability as the primary focus. Developing frameworks and libraries to reduce the time for initial project setup, typical functionality integration and deployment to server. Designing and implementing APIs and services with a strong understanding of REST principles. Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications. Mentor junior developers by taking classroom sessions, doing code reviews, etc. Proactively help in our community outreach programs by writing blogs, contributing to open source, speaking at conferences which will in turn help you learn & grow.

Requirements:

Experience: 2 - 6 years

Must Have:

Experience in developing backend systems using Python and Django. Ability to design and interact with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL etc. Architecture thinking and curiosity to write better code. Problem Solving attitude, habit of speaking openly, Good communication skills. Confidence to be open and ask for help when needed. Pro-active, quick learner, analytical thinker, focus on detail Good to Have:

Knowledge of deployment techniques and tools like AWS EC2, S3 and RDS. Experience with AWS Lambda, Appsync etc and familiarity with micro services architecture. Experience on Linux, Git, Jira and agile software development. Strong debugging skills and habit of logging essential information. Benefits Salary : INR 12 - 15 LPA
