Engineering at Girlboss
We iterate and ship quickly. Our team encourages every Engineer to be involved with deploying changes and improvements to production frequently. We are operating on a weekly cycle to match our scrappy team.
We're always interested in opportunities where we can improve our code. We use Github to give and receive feedback on our pull requests. We pay attention to code quality and value performance, tests, and usability.
You'll be building a social network while having end-to-end responsibility for our frontend and backend projects.
You will help us scale our web application that's built completely from scratch.
You will build out internal tools that will help us moderate and keep our community free from malicious users.
You will scale our backend and ensure that the architecture can handle our ever-growing user base.
