Engineering at GiveCampus
Our engineering team operates in 1-3 week sprints, where we identify the most impactful things to work on. Engineers typically pair with another engineer to scope, design, and build features. We go through a full PR process, and do pushes 3-5 times a week through automation we've created internally.
We're making sure we work on problems that solve real-world problems faced by school fundraisers. We never build in a bubble, and keep a close feedback loop with the end user.
You'd get to work across our current three products, as well as contribute ideas and direction to new focuses.
Working at GiveCampus
We need flexible engineers who enjoy digging into new problems, and finding innovative ways to solve them. Being a small team, many problems we see regularly are new to anyone, so someone needs to dive in and come out an expert.
