1) Features - Core features and product enhancements driven from some of our top customers such as Airbnb, Yelp, and Stripe. You will have immediate impact on how these top tier companies hire. 2) Integrations API - Part of building an amazing product is to make sure it connects well with other software. The Integrations API team will be responsible for building out a clear, easy-to-use, and sustainable API so that integrations with third-party services such as Calendars and Applicant Tracking Systems can be added with ease. 3) Algorithm Enhancements - Scale out our core matching algorithm which takes advantage of proprietary interviewer data to best match candidates to the optimal set of interviewers. Engineers taking on this challenge will be solving several NP-C problems using advanced techniques such as multi-dimensional constraint solvers, ML, and NLP.
