The engineering team is just the founders so you'll have the ability to create and decide on the processes that should be employed - with full autonomy and control.

Technical Challenges

We're building a new banking system from the ground up that comes with plenty of exciting challenges - how do you make sure the money being transferred is secure (256 bit AES enough?), building systems to handle transactions, accounts etc.
