Our job is to expand affordable mental healthcare one practice at a time. You will be joining a team that enables providers to realize their dream of independent practice, and patients to finally find a dedicated mental health clinician who accepts their insurance.
We are backed by top VCs and angel investors, including leaders of Village Global, Airbnb, Nurx, PatientPing, Wellframe, Harvard Medical School and and Blackstone. Our founding team comes from Stripe, Google, Harvard Medical School, and Blackstone.
Engineering at Grow Therapy
We are a three person engineering team currently (we are lean and mean)!
We do two week sprints and work very cross-functionally.
This is the ideal role if you are an engineer that wants to wear many hats, are product-focused, and like to ship quickly.
Expand Grow’s marketplace: You’ll get to iterate on Grow Therapy's v1 marketplace, build out better search, and completely redesign the search and provider profile page.
Hiring and leading an engineering team: You’ll work with the CTO to recruit, interview, and sell candidates and manage the engineering team.
Defining engineering best practices: You’ll decide how we evaluate performance, define the engineering culture, and make strategic technical decisions.
