Our team adapts to the needs of the company and the product week-to-week. We start the week with a quick sync to make sure everyone understands and agrees on the top priorities. From there, team members are given the freedom to execute. Team members have responsibility and autonomy to make a wide range of decisions about architecture and code.
Tactically, we have CI/CD system with pull requests for code reviews.
Scaling a distributed system. Guaranteeing data integrity from third-party sources. Building third-party integrations. Analyzing talent and workforce data.
You would get to be a key player in our quest to solidify product/market fit in an innovative and practical application of machine learning.
You would get to design our data pipeline and application architecture that captures and unifies data across a wide range of HR point solutions.
