Role Description

About the software engineering team

Hadrian's FactoryOS (Flow) is the backbone of our operations, automating everything from customer paperwork, to supply chain operations, to resource scheduling, error handling, hardware data integrations, quality inspection processes & more.

Choose your own adventure and work on projects across Factory Scheduling, Workflow Automation, Factory Data / Hardware integrations, CAM Automation, Customer Interactions, Inspection Automation, Quality, Supply Chain Automation & More.

In this role you will Be for the quality of the system and organizing testing processes (whether it would be manual or automated) Have an eye for user experience and subjective quality Work on developing and maintaining testing documentation, system documentation, user guides. Work with software engineers on all parts of Hadrian's surface area (CAD/CAM / ERP / Data) Build and track metrics for user NPS, time savings using Hadrians systems vs benchmarks

Hadrian is building the alien dreadnought; autonomous precision component factories that help our customers in Space, Defense, Med Device, Climate, Semiconductor and Aviation build their products 2 x faster and cheaper.

Currently, we are building Factory #1 in LA and rounding out our core team (SF, LA, Remote). Our early customers are the US's best makers of rockets & satellites.
