Engineering at Health Note Inc
Our team is small and fast-paced. We operate on one week cycles and touch various parts of our frontend, backend and runtime. Our engineers push code to production on a daily, scheduled basis. Most of our team members work on a full-stack and collaborate closely with Aaron, our CTO and Ed, our Integrations Lead.
We're dealing with a lot of scaling challenges from ~3 TPS to over ~100 TPS and eventually will be hitting 1,000+ TPS in the next 6-8 months and need help to scale and optimize the process. We're also dealing with ML / DL Predictions at that scale as well.
Working with machine learning and medical data to come up with innovative, intelligent applications such as classification and medical text generation.
Achieving a robust degree of high availability in the real-time communication systems being built.
Designing highly performant, fault tolerant, enterprise software systems with the end goal of achieving scalability.

Our team consists of self-motivated, creative individuals who enjoy working independently. We are constantly experimenting and thinking about how to scale Health Note. Our engineers are highly committed to security, they implement best practice initiatives to maintain HIPAA compliance. They are encouraged to use open-source software, allowing us to quickly build solutions and focus on improving healthcare automation.
