Our mission is to provide access to health coverage under the Affordable Care Act. We believe that EVERYONE deserves high quality, affordable health coverage. We've enrolled over 3 Million people through HealthSherpa making us the largest, private ACA enrollment platform.
HealthSherpa is a growing team of 50. We care deeply about helping low-income, uninsured people access health coverage that protects them. Because of this shared mission and value system, we've helped over 3 Million enroll through our platform and people. We've continued to double revenue & enrollments year over year and are at an eight figure run rate .
HealthSherpa is the #1 private marketplace enrollment platform accounting for over 15% of ACA enrollment volume. We were also the first to be approved by the government for Enhanced Direct Enrollment Technology (HealthCare.gov integrations). Because of this technology, we account for 95% of private sector enrollment volume.
HealthSherpa has a lot of data. We've been around since year 1 of HealthCare.gov in 2013. We've optimized on 10M shopping sessions, putting our products ahead of the rest of the market. We serve both consumers and agents alike, which gives us a well-rounded sense of how to create best in class products for all involved in the process of shopping and enrollment. We're expanding and growing our product offerings at a rapid rate.
Team of 5 currently including the CTO / Founder who manages the team. The Engineers join work groups / product teams that are dedicated teams of 4-6 partners including Marketing, Design, Sales / Account Management, and at least one Founder. These teams are responsible for creating their own Roadmaps and prioritizing their 2 week sprints. The goal is to give folks more ownership, encourage them to share ideas and learn from one another, and work towards the company goals as a team.
