Hebbia is building cutting-edge AI productivity tools for knowledge workers. Our first product is a reinvented Ctrl-F that cuts researcher and analyst workflows by over 80%. We use NLU to intelligently find all related info and answers, not just exact matches. We strive to make information more accessible to everyone, engineering products that automate the mundane parts of knowledge work. Unleashing productivity for everyone drives us at our core.

Engineering at Hebbia

Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team operates on two week sprints. We start with a designer, divvy up tasks, and then check in daily to share and touch base with developmental advancements. We use GitHub PRs for code reviews, and everyone can push to production, sometimes up to multiple times per day.

We love hackathons and try to do one once a month.

Technical Challenges

We're working on the hardest problems in NLP, and building scalable APIs and platforms that incorporate cutting edge research days after it comes out.
