Heymarket is business text and Facebook messaging for teams. They get shared inboxes with business grade features (eg, templates) for messaging with customers, contractors, and partners. The other party never has to install an app and gets normal SMS or Facebook messages. Heymarket is used by thousands of businesses for customer support, dispatch, appointments, and training.

Own large parts of the product, work on the latest technologies (Go, Riot.js, Swift, React Native), and work with experienced developers to architect, code, and iterate.
We only have 2 meetings a week: a single sprint planning meeting on Monday (where we go over what we'll each be working on) and a company overview meeting on Friday (where the CEO go over the state of the business).
Daily standup is done over Slack at 10am. Most collaboration is done in-person, with Slack, or Zoom. Github wikis are used to document major features and endpoints. People can use either Github issues or Asana tasks for tracking work.
New features begin with a whiteboarding session with engineering, design, and product. We go over customer requirements, technical considerations, and the UX. From there, engineering begins working on the feature while design/product work on high fidelity mock-ups. We strive to build MVPs for internal usage, iterate and release to a private beta, and finally release to customers once we're satisfied with the quality/UX.

The team is very customer centric. When production issues arises, the team members who can help focus towards solving the problem. As we build new features, we look at both qualitative and quantitative (eg, internal metrics) feedback to help make product decisions.
We're located in downtown San Francisco: a few minutes from BART/Muni, just off of numerous dining options on Kearney, and plenty of natural light in the office.
