HireArt is an online recruitment platform, engaged in the pre-screening process for suitable job seekers by creating online interviews.
We've hit sustainable profitability and doubled our revenue in the last four months.
Backed by Y Combinator and other Silicon Valley VCs
We've developed a job screening process that relies on skills, rather than pedigree, to identify talent
We have two-week sprints - at the beginning we plan features and establish rough timelines, and at the end we discuss as a team. We also have bi-weekly standups where we check in. Our engineers work in product verticals that they own up and down the stack. They work directly with our designer to spec features. We use Github to conduct code reviews, although as soon as engineers feel comfortable, they push directly to production as often as they wish.
We're working with lots of third-party APIs. We deal with sensitive data. We have many stakeholders who are highly invested in us, from job-seekers, to employees, to employers, to our own operations people who manage hiring, onboarding, and employment processes.
You'd help build many brand-new features in onboarding & hiring, e.g. healthcare enrollment; 401k integration; a reference-checking process; etc.
You'd help us analyze, and build tools to analyze, the data generated by our screening process - both for our internal assessment team and for employers.
You'd help us build our talent marketplace, a new set of features we're introducing to make hiring faster and easier for employers.
We are smart & hard-working, but also collaborative and nice. We are excited about our mission of making the hiring process more transparent and fair, and we actively push for it and discuss it regularly.
