Engineering team and processes

Our engineer teams operates weekly in an agile style. The team has scrum meetings every another day. The process starts with requirements meeting and time estimate and we have a or more demos and reviews during the whole development process. The product has major release once per week. And engineers team uses Github and pull request for version control and coding review.

Technical Challenges

We are building a complexity SaaS web application which is not only super powerful but also user friendly, easy to use. We are dealing with the most changing machine learning problems in the recruiting domain.

Projects you might work on

  • You would be build an engagement function like Mixmax from scratch.

  • You would be implementing searching functions using ElastiscSearch.

  • You would be developing and implementing machine learning/deep learning models in NLP.
