Engineering at HJÆLP
I am looking for 1-3 very curious, engaged, and creative developers, understand how to engineer, and make a fun and easy-to-use platform.
The platform has almost any feature you could think of - and how do you make these work well together? The problem is really to have it look good while being advanced and easy-to-use.
Build the platform ready for launching.
Building an iOS and Android app from scratch.
Code everything in the best language and implement all the latest show offs.
Working at HJÆLP
Really, the perfect balance between social life and work. I currently manage 10 people, all enjoying the way we work. We can easily dig into something for 12 hours and then go for dinner and relax. Of course, work has to be done - but how you do it is up to you.

Generous Vacation
You can always ask for and plan your vacation, but we will have several weeks during Christmas and summer.

Flexible Hours
I (founder) are probably in the office around 6-7AM until 6-7PM. We expect people to be in at 10AM, but we don't have any hard rules around this. If you need a work-from-home day, feel free to take one. It's more about productivity, not being glued to your chair.

Work from Home
Work from home when you want to, but we feel that being at the office contributes to our society. Just be sure that no one really expects you at the office - make people aware that you are working from home.
