Engineering at Homeward
We have a couple of teams dedicated to different areas of the business. Each team uses a Kanban process to make sure they're working on the most important thing at any time. Teams have daily standups, weekly grooming, and monthly retros.
Code is managed on GH using standard PR practices and shipped multiple times per day. (All new hires will get code into production in their first week.)
Our technical challenges span a wide range thanks to the breadth of our business. We've been scrappy in our early stage, building out thin but not flimsy solutions to this industry's problems, and now it's time to go deeper.
