Role Description

We’re building an engineering team within the Customer Success organization that will be solely focused on helping to give superpowers to the rest of the CS team. Reporting into one of our co-founders and lead software engineers, this team will be building the tools, processes, systems, and integrations necessary for our CS team to easily and quickly respond to our customers, and leave our customers delighted by the experience. You will also be interfacing with customers on occasion, especially when there are more complicated technical questions or issues that aren’t easily answerable.

What you’re looking to do:

  • Build tools to help manage the complexity around customer administration and management.
  • Build integrations with other systems to provide more data and context around our customers and their product usage.
  • Find new ways to debug issues with customers who run into more technical issues.
  • Build and support best in class product documentation, for both internal and external use.
