ID.me is looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to add to our rapidly growing engineering team. We are seeking a talented Senior SRE who enjoys the challenges of load, scaling, and stress testing our infrastructure for our 33 million users!
Responsibilities
Collaborate with our growing DevOps team to build and iterate on our infrastructure to improve reliability and performance Identify and measure measure performance and any backend system weaknesses through load testing and monitoring app performance Troubleshoot and debug system issues, helping to determine how to prevent them in the future Assist in remediating audit and compliance findings (SOC2, ISO, FedRAMP, FICAM) Participate in on-call duties for production issues
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in app monitoring and load testing on large scale systems Strong familiarity with SRE Concepts, Chaos Engineering, Mean Time to Detect (MTTD), and Mean Time to Restore (MTTR) Experience in Linux/Unix administration and scripting (ie Bash, Python, and/or Ruby) Previous or current application development experience Familiarity with cloud technologies (ie AWS, GCP, and/or Azure)
Bonus Experience
Familiarity with STIG guidelines and systems Experience with security compliance and audits (ie FICAM/FedRAMP)
