Role Description

We are Infrrd - the Enterprise AI company that uses AI and Machine Learning technologies to help our customer automates human tasks.

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team and help us with Machine Learning. Like any job, it has its pros and cons. Let's talk about the

• Our team is spread across three continents-you will need to be comfortable coordinating things

• We are a team of about 200+ people, so while we are young - we are not a start-up.

• The work is challenging, and you will work directly with our management team.

• There are three levels of people in our team - those who do the work, those who can fix things when they are not working and the ones that can own outcomes.

What you will be doing:-

• Breaks down and understands complex business problems, translate it to a machine learning problem.

• Designs and develops scalable solutions that leverage machine learning and deep learning models to meet enterprise requirements

• Collaborates with development teams to test and deploy machine learning models

• Creates metrics to continuously evaluate the performance of machine learning solutions

• Keeps up with new tools, algorithms and techniques in machine learning and AI to implement them in the organization

What you should have :-

• Master's degree in data science, applied mathematics, computer science or otherwise research-based field + 1 year working experience; Bachelor’s + 2 years’ experience

• A mathematical, statistical and probability inclination and deep understanding of some AI concepts.

• Hands on coding with Python, JAVA, C/C++ or any proficient AI language of choice.

• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms such as multi-class classifications, decision trees, support vector machines, and deep learning

• Strong understanding of probability and statistical models (generative and descriptive models)

• Academic / Industry experience in NLP and Machine Learning, or similar experience in developing language technologies for shipping products.

• Familiarity with NLP/ML tools and packages like Caffe, pyTorch, TensorFlow, Weka, scikit-learn, nltk, et al.

• Ability to run experiments scientifically and analyze results

• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and results to technical and business audiences in a comprehensive manner.
