We use a structure similar to Spotify, with 2 tribes (E-commerce and Logistics) and different teams inside those tribes. Each team has its own Product Manager and Technical Lead. We believe in the DevOps culture and our team usually follow practices like: CI/CD, Code Reviews, Pair Programming, Feature Flags, Trunk based development.

Technical Challenges

Our transactionality grew 30x since COVID-19 lock-downs started in LATAM. Our software has all the data that runs the operations for 15 of the biggest retailers in LATAM and Europe, which means thousands of orders every day, millions of transactions, and database records every day.
