Diversity and Inclusion

As the Invitae team grows, we want our teammates to remain connected to each other in meaningful ways. This year Invitae officially launched Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) as another avenue for employees to create stronger bonds with each other.

ERG’s are affinity groups in which employees join together in the workplace based on shared identities or life experiences.

We also host Community Table Talks, which are a series of informal conversations to encourage authentic discussion on a variety of topics. The purpose of this initiative is to foster community among Invitae employees and shed light on issues that are important to us all. These conversations are hosted by Invitae employees and the topics vary month to month.
