We’re in get stuff done mode. We have weekly sprints for product roadmap and daily growth hacking sprints, so we’re releasing almost every day. Our engineering mojo is a daily scrum. Every day we’re looking at the metrics and direct feedback coming in from our outreach team that runs sales and service. We use that as fodder to come up with a new growth hack, design, develop and release it into the market for a fail fast approach. So engineers at Ivy working right alongside product, marketing, sales, ops, strategy in one fluid effort. All engineers are empowered to move fast and break stuff so folks are continuously unblocked on making impact.

At Ivy, our engineering team is creating the future of healthcare payments, for therapists and then much more to come.

Along the way, we tackle quite a few not-so-easy problems. There is so much we want to build and so much that we could improve. We value strong engineers who are agile enough to jump into most projects. Everyday we develop, test and release full-stack, end-to-end features for our web application that is Ivy’s core payments platform. We're in an interesting problem space — breaking new ground at the crossroads of healthcare and payments/fintech.
