    Paid Parental Leave. Up to sixteen weeks paid parental leave for our US employees based on length of service with the company. Qualifying events include team member giving birth; team member’s legal partner giving birth; surrogacy; adoption; or placement of a foster child in your home. Leave can be taken all at once or intermittently, in one-week increments, within the 12 months following the qualifying event.

    IZEA’s Restricted Stock Grant Program. Grants of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) are awarded four times during the year, subject to our Board of Directors’ annual approval.

    New employees will receive grants equal to 5% of their salary; when your tenure exceeds two years, the grant amount increases to 8% of salary, and above five years, 10% of salary.
