Engineering team and processes

Our development team follows agile approach and operates on two week cycles. Each cycle begins with a meeting to discuss time estimates for features, and ends with a demo meeting where each enginner can show off the work they've completed. Developers typically work with a designer and any other interested parties to spec a feature, then work on a the feature individually. We use Pull Requests on BitBucket/GitHub to conduct code reviews. All engineers are also empowered to push code to production, which we often do multiple times a week.

Technical Challenges

We are building a global platform for booking experiences and festivals tickets. The platform will eventually analyse the user behaviour with the help of an AI engine and predict the purchase pattern
