Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team operates on one week cycles. Each cycle begins with an all hands meeting where we discuss what projects on our quarterly roadmap we’re going to work on. Each cycle ends with another all hands meeting where each team member shows off their work over the past week. We use Pull Requests on GitHub to conduct code reviews and we keep careful track of tasks on Linear.

Technical Challenges

Building a card transaction processing engine that has to handle tens of thousands of webhooks per second.

Being able to surface a user's card details and other personal data without actually storing sensitive information on our servers.
