Engineering team and processes

Our platform team builds the foundation and core components on which all of our products operate. We are a small team that is responsible for scaling our capabilities quickly which means we tend to work for smart solutions as opposed to high velocity iteration. Releases happen weekly, and because client reliability is important to us, we tend not to release on Friday.
