Technical Challenges

For front-end positions:
We're taking a long, tedious form process and turning it into something truly exciting. We want to surface users real time insights on the status of their loan applications. We use mobile-optimized UIs, we are building for a diverse audience, and our internal tools team is building tools so easy to use that we can hire ops people without specific lending expertise.

For backend positions: Our goal is to build a tool that completely automates the mortgage underwriting process. Loan origination and mortgage processing is a very linear and we're breaking down and parallelizing this process.
