Kustomer is the platform for customer experience that focuses on customers, not tickets, enabling companies to know everything about every customer to drive informed actions. Used by Slice, Glossier, Outdoor Voices, and more, Kustomer provides businesses with a full view of every customer's lifetime. Kustomer unifies all relevant data, customer history, apps, and systems. Kustomer was founded in 2015 with headquarters in New York City.
About The Team
Kustomer's founders, Brad Birnbaum and Jeremy Suriel are successful entrepreneurs with multiple past successful exits. They have been in the customer service space for more than 15 years including founding eShare (sold to Melita 1999), eAssist (sold to Talisma 2004), Goowy (sold to AOL 2008), and Assistly (sold to Salesforce.com 2011). They are joined by Alex Bard on the Board of Directors and Gary Benitt as an Advisor who were both co-founders at Assistly and currently serve as the CEO of Campaign Monitor and General Partner at Social Leverage respectively.

Engineering at Kustomer
K-1 Team: One of the coolest and most beneficial teams we have. Dedicated to new feature requests from customers, internal facing tools and consumer facing tools. We have 1 back end 1 front end engineer who are working on this at all times. The best part is that everyone gets a chance to do it since we have a rotation.
Trust Team (scalability/reliability): currently working on continuing to scale our chat infrastructure to handle our customer-facing(as opposed to agent-facing) traffic. At times this is millions of requests a minute and billions a week.
