We are an early stage startup and thus our immediate attention is to build a Minimal Viable Product (MVP). That means we all work closely together and understand the entire code-base well enough to see the big picture. We work in short sprints, together brainstorm and spec out the architecture, and contribute in a way that is fundamental to the success or failure of our first product.
