We make software that intelligently optimizes operations at various departments within hospital systems. 200+ hospitals across the nation rely on our products to lower patient wait times, improve patient access and financial performance.
We've raised $100+ million to date and are experiencing phenomenal growth. CBInsights recently named us among the top 100 AI companies in the world.
Our mission is to make hospitals efficient, and our vision is to build an Air Traffic Control for hospitals that monitors patient flows and routes the right information to the right caregiver at the right time. Every year, more than 5,000 hospitals in the U.S. waste more than $750 billion due to inefficiencies. If you care about that and want to fix it, come work with us!

Join a rocketship! In the last 3.5 years alone, we added 190+ employees, 200+ hospital customers (including some of the nation's largest hospital networks), and raised $100+ million dollars. CBInsights recently named us among the top 100 AI companies in the world!
We have a diverse team with people from different academic, professional, and cultural backgrounds. We just moved into a brand new, open office and are super approachable and close-knit. It's fun to work here!
Our executive and leadership team is super experienced (ex Google/McKinsey/Stanford/MIT), transparent (they share a LOT), and approachable (you can walk into their offices and chat about anything!). Learn from people who have been there and build some great relationships!
We have small 5-member teams that work on various parts of the product. Each team consists of two engineers, one PM, and shared designers and data scientists. They execute independently with a dedicated vision, strategy, and roadmap with guidance from the product and tech leads. We follow a Kanban model — we start with some themes for every quarter, break it down into monthly goals, and ship features independently every week. Everything happens in feature branches and our CI/CD pipeline and QA automation helps deploy code quickly.
We've invested a lot in ensuring a clean, modular, and secure architecture based on microservices. But we have many challenges. First, is improving the scalability of our data pipelines. They've gotten to a point where we need a bit of an overhaul. Second is supporting customizations of our products as they get adopted more widely, in a clean way. Third is making sure that our predictive models run faster and better.
You'll spend 80% of time working on product features on the roadmap. You'll spend 20% of time working on making our services better - examples: extending our notifications service to support more channels and formats, implementing SAML based authentication, improving query performance, reducing complexity in our file processing, building analytics warehouse, etc.
We're all about ownership and accountability. Come to work wanting to obsess about something and make it better. Move fast and get things done. Have some fun along the way.
