Learn to Win is an early stage, VC funded active-learning platform. We allow anyone to create highly engaging learning material and easily distribute it to their users and teams. Our mission is to revolutionize training at high-performance organizations. We are empowering people, teams, and organizations to build effective learning ecosystems to win. We believe that learning should be accessible for everyone, and we empower coaches, managers, and teachers of all kinds with the tools to build effective training material, quickly and easily. We work every day to give instructors the peace of mind to know their teams are prepared for gameday — wherever and whenever that big day comes.

We work with a wide variety of clients from professional sports teams to the Department of Defense. We are a small, fun and driven team who want to fundamentally transform how teams learn and execute.

Engineering at Learn to Win

Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team is relatively small and everyone works pretty independently, owning their own core initiative. The team works in two week cycles and will work closely with other team members involved in the project. All of our commercial code lives in Github and we use a combination of Jira and Pull Requests to manage development. All engineers are encouraged to own their work from idea to production. There is also a strong culture of design, documentation, and sharing.

Technical Challenges

We're building a large, data rich, and UX driven learning platform that can serve highly sensitive material in a secure way and provide meaningful learning analytics.

Projects you might work on
  • Develop a secure DevSecOps pipeline to build and deploy our services into secure environments.

  • Work on creating rich and engaging learning experiences for both mobile and web.

  • Capture and understand learning telemetry to create meaningful operations reports for clients.
