Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team is extremely collaborative and as a small team, we change and modify processes to ensure things are working for everyone on the team. Since COVID, we've moved to a one-week sprint process to ensure communication and priorities are aligned.

Technical Challenges

You will have a say in everything that happens on the technical side of the business. You will be a key stakeholder in deciding how to build out an entire backend infrastructure to support millions of members, integrate into payroll and other HR systems, and much more.

Projects you might work on
  • Create digital financial planning tools to enable anyone to have a financial plan. You'll get to work closely with our Certified Financial Planning team to scale their reach and create new industry norms for advisor relationships.

  • Build out an entirely new backend infrastructure to support millions of users and help scale financial planning.
