Engineering at LearnLux
Our engineering team is extremely collaborative and as a small team, we change and modify processes to ensure things are working for everyone on the team. We work in a two-week sprint process to ensure communication and priorities are aligned. Working within a small agile development process, you will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team scaling a high-performance business while delivering high impact for our customers.
You will work on a range of technical challenges and opportunities across our full tech stack including data architecture, UX, scalability, and software delivery/infrastructure. In close collaboration with our engineering, product, sales teams and beyond, you can expect to participate in and contribute to all aspects of the product life-cycle.
Create digital financial planning tools to enable anyone to have a financial plan. You'll get to work closely with our Certified Financial Planning team to scale their reach and create new industry norms for advisor relationships.
Build out our backend infrastructure to support millions of users and help scale financial planning.
